The newest process in the automotive industry, this involves hot forming and die cooling boron, a process which makes the material to form ultra high strength, lightweight parts that can hold to very tight tolerances.

Cold Stamp Tooling

A complete turnkey operation including Simulation, Design, Build, Tryout, White Light, and SMM Inspection Reports. We have experience in a large array of automotive parts, progressive, line and transfer tools for regular cold rolled steel and high-strength dual phase material.
